In Belarus, on behalf of the President of the Republic Alexander Lukashenko, a sudden check of the combat readiness of the armed forces began. About it informs TASS with reference to the press service of the Ministry of Defense of Belarus.
“Under the leadership of the State Secretariat of the Security Council, a sudden check of combat readiness has begun,” the report says.
The ministry clarified that movement on some public roads is temporarily restricted due to the movement of military equipment and troops.
The sudden check of combat readiness is of a “complex nature,” the Ministry of Defense noted. The military will have to advance to the designated areas in order to organize their security and defense, as well as build bridge crossings across the Neman and Berezina rivers.
