“Based on the experience of a number of resort countries, I consider it necessary to make an addition to the Code of Administrative Offenses that prohibits guests and residents of Abkhazia from being dressed inappropriately in public places. This decision is aimed at respecting the culture and traditions of Abkhazia, as well as improving the quality of recreation for all tourists,” said MP Daut Khutaba, who drafted the amendments (quoted from “Interfax”).
