ICS Holding, which unites the manufacturer of computer technology Yadro Group, suppliers of equipment for SORM “Citadel” and “Kryptonite”, the developer of solutions in the field of information security “Garda Technologies”, as well as “Bureau 1440” (a company preparing to launch a low-orbit satellite grouping), at the end of 2022 received a consolidated revenue of 91 billion rubles. (+115% yoy), EBITDA increased to RUB 29 bn. (+180% year-on-year), a representative of ICS Holding told Kommersant. Kommersant’s interlocutor, close to the holding, suggests that “more than 60% of the revenue came from Yadro Group.”
In February of this year, a year after the start of the Russian military operation in Ukraine, ICS Holding and the head legal entity of Yadro Group of Companies, along with other technology companies hit under blocking US sanctions. The consequences of hostilities were reflected in Yadro even before that – in particular, the group of companies got busy development of base stations without the originally planned involvement of Nokia.
At the same time, the Group of Companies is expanding its presence in the market of data storage systems (in September it bought the developer of software “Reidix”), and is also expanding the line of Kvadra consumer devices, including due to the not yet released tablet on a system based on Android source code.
