Yamal LNG is a natural gas liquefaction project based on the Yuzhno-Tambeyskoye field, the main shareholder of which is “Novatek(owns 50.1%). Since the foundation of the project in 2005, the plant has not paid dividends, since all profits were directed to repay loans from investors. The first dividends were paid only in 2021 – in the amount of 31.4 billion rubles. and according to the results of the first nine months of the year.
