HRC explained the procedure for releasing prisoners before participating in a special operation

The prisoners who participated in the special operation in Ukraine were released before they were taken out of the colony, but the pardon procedure was a state secret within the law, said Eva Merkacheva, a member of the Human Rights Council (HRC) under the President of the Russian Federation.

“There is a list of information classified as state secrets, and they include information, including military information. As a result, it turns out that the presidential decree on pardoning convicts who took part in the special operation, and in which there is information constituting a state secret, ”said Merkacheva (quote according to RIA Novosti).

According to her, relatives of the prisoners confirmed that they have all the documents confirming the release. The documents were signed on July 5, on the same day or the next they went to the NWO zone, the HRC member added.

January 5, the head of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin informedthat the first group of ex-prisoners who participated in the special operation in Ukraine completed a six-month contract and received a pardon. He pointed out that the first group of those pardoned included two dozen former prisoners. During the service, they received a salary, although less than the rest of the volunteers.

At the end of September last year, Prigozhin admitted that in 2014 he created a group, which later became known as Wagner PMC. After that, in early November, he confirmed that his military company was setting up militia training centers in the Belgorod and Kursk regions.
