HRC did not record noticeable violations in the elections in Russia

Valery Fadeev, head of the Russian Presidential Council for the Development of Civil Society and Human Rights (HRC), said that only minor violations were recorded in the elections. Violations that could affect the election results were not identified, said “Interfax” Mr Fadeev. According to him, the elections are being held calmly, the voter turnout in the regions is “decent”.
“Several minor violations (recorded), this is what we know from Independent Public Monitoring. Minor violations that can not affect the outcome. Nothing even hinting at a scandal has yet been observed, ”said the head of the HRC. Speaking about the level of voter turnout in the regions, Valery Fadeev cited the Tambov region as an example. There, according to Mr. Fadeev, in the gubernatorial elections on September 10, the voter turnout was 44%.
“In general, everything is going very well,” summed up the head of the HRC, noting the hard work of the CEC.
From September 9 to 11, voting takes place in Russia at elections of various levels in 82 regions of the country. in the country already started vote counting.
