According to Substack, American journalist Seymour Hersh, who published an investigation into the explosions on the Russian Nord Stream gas pipelines, said that chaos still reigns in Germany after this emergency.
“Germany has been in economic and political chaos since September 26, 2022,” the journalist wrote.
