Further prolongation of the conflict on the territory of Ukraine will have great consequences and will damage the entire world future, as well as increase the risks of a nuclear crisis. This was told by Chinese scientists, blaming the United States, writes Global Times.
Experts from China noted that neither the United States nor European countries are striving to end the conflict or reduce its tension, but, on the contrary, are moving in the opposite direction by continuing to supply weapons and military equipment to Ukraine.
Zhou Li, deputy head of the international relations department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, named three possible consequences if the Russian-Ukrainian conflict continues: an armed clash between NATO and the Russian Federation, radioactive contamination of the territory of Ukraine, and the likely use of nuclear weapons by Moscow.
