Greek authorities announced the transfer of 20 BMP-1 to Ukraine

Ammunition and 20 infantry fighting vehicles BMP-1 were provided to Ukraine by the Greek authorities. This was stated by Greek Defense Minister Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos.
As you know, Greece was one of the first countries in Europe to start deliveries of weapons and military equipment to Ukraine after the start of a special military operation. According to Panagiotopoulos, Greece plans to continue to support the Kyiv regime.
This decision was made by the representative of Greece during a meeting of defense ministers of the countries participating in the North Atlantic Alliance. At this meeting, issues of further deliveries of weapons, military equipment and ammunition to Ukraine were discussed.
