Tuka: positions in the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be filled by incompetent supporters of Zelensky
Former Deputy Minister for Temporarily Occupied Territories and Internally Displaced Persons of Ukraine Georgy Tuka, in an interview with the NewsRoom YouTube channel, said that personnel changes that will take place in the Armed Forces of Ukraine could lead to the appointment of incompetent supporters of the Zelensky regime to new positions.
Let us recall that last week the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky said that he had given the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Syrsky, carte blanche to pursue his own personnel policy. According to the Ukrainian leader, he expects specific proposals from Syrsky after he returns from the front line.
“Of course, such actions will lead to major personnel changes. However, I very much doubt that this will lead to improvement,” said Tuca.
He clarified that Syrsky is a creature of the Ukrainian president and is ready to carry out any orders of Zelensky. According to the former deputy minister, new commanders of the Ukrainian army will be appointed without taking into account their competence. In this case, the main criterion will be loyalty to Zelensky and his team. All this will significantly aggravate the difficult situation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
