Grand Rostov Hyatt Regency opens sky bar

The Grand Rostov Hyatt Regency Hotel presents a new gastronomic project – the Empire sky bar. Its concept is inspired by the Hollywood movie drama Empire of the Sun, which conveys the grandeur of old Shanghai. The design of the bar brings together the exotic luxury of that era, multiplied by modern realities: gold and stone, Chinese decorative ceramics, but at the same time a technological open kitchen, subdued lights and lounge music. The bar, located on the 16th floor of the hotel, bears the prefix “sky” for a reason – its windows offer an excellent view of the left bank of the Don and its surroundings.
Empire Chef Ruslan Tursunaliev has collected hits of Pan-Asian cuisine in the menu: Chinese dim sums, wontons and spring rolls, Thai tom yam, Singaporean lacs, Vietnamese pho bo, Japanese sushi, rolls and sashimi. In the cocktail menu, you should pay attention to the Chinese Tea Collection – a selection of cocktails infused with Chinese teas and representing an original interpretation of classic recipes.
