The village of Tishanka, Volokonovsky district, Belgorod region, located near the Ukrainian border, came under fire on Sunday, there is damage, the region’s governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said in his Telegram channel.
“The village of Tishanka, Volokonovsky district, came under shelling. There were no casualties,” wrote Gladkov.
According to him, a non-residential building was destroyed by a shell, there are also damages to the gas supply and electricity lines. Operational and emergency services are working at the impact site, the head of the region added.
After the start of the special operation, the Ukrainian military began to regularly shell the border regions of Russia. Since April 11, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist threat has been in effect in the Belgorod region. On November 21, the authorities of the region extended it until December 6. In Belgorod and the Belgorod region, distance learning has been extended until March 24.
