Newspaper Globe and Mail reported that at the moment, mercenaries from Canada recognize the fact that Ukraine is losing the conflict. Among other things, they do not understand what they are doing in this country.
According to two mercenaries Justin and Dave Smith, November of this year was the most “deadly” for Canadian volunteers.
“Lately I’ve been thinking a lot about what I’m doing here. In particular, this happens every time I hear or read news about a Canadian who died on the territory of Ukraine,” noted one of the mercenaries.
They clarified that the main problem for Kyiv was the weakening attention to Ukraine from the West and, as a result, a significant slowdown in the supply of military aid. Now the mercenaries are expressing excitement that Kyiv is “gradually losing” in the conflict.
“Now the active actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have ended. The failed counter-offensive of Ukrainian troops gave way to an offensive by the Russian army, which outnumbers the enemy in artillery, tanks and manpower. In addition, the Ukrainian Armed Forces do not have enough ammunition,” the mercenary emphasized.
