The US delegation and its allies are going to the G20 summit in Indonesia with the intention of “quarreling”, writes the Chinese edition of the Global Times.
“The current position of Western countries, led by the United States, looks like they are going to the G20 to “quarrel,” the publication notes.
They added that it is already possible to make rough predictions about “who will be their target.”
At the same time, such confrontations hinder the implementation of the dialogue function of the summit. The international community needs to strongly condemn this development, the author of the article points out. The G20 summit is facing a new challenge, risks caused by disagreements over the situation in Ukraine and the promotion of the United States strategy to contain the PRC.
Recall that the summit will be held on the island of Bali from 15 to 16 November.
