Gleb Frank withdrew from the membership of the Russian Fishery Company

Entrepreneur Gleb Frank sold a 29.9% stake in the Russian Fishery Company (RRPC) and withdrew from the organization. 99.9% of the shares of the authorized capital of the company belongs to the Ost Invest Holding group, follows from the extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The fact of the transaction was confirmed to TASS in the press service of the RRPK, noting that it was carried out on market conditions.
In March of this year, Mr. Frank was included in the SDN list of the US Treasury. Later he sold shares in the fish and crab fishing business: a 70.1% stake in Russian Crab Group of Companies, a 70.09% stake in RRPK and a controlling stake in Rockwell Capital LLC.
