Gladkov and Starovoit reported on the shelling of the village of Tetkino and the city of Valuyki

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) on the morning of July 5 fired at the village of Tetkino in the Kursk region and the city of Valuyki in the Belgorod region. This was announced by the governors Roman Starovoit and Vyacheslav Gladkov in their Telegram channels, respectively.
“The city of Valuyki is under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The air defense system worked, but there is destruction on the ground. According to preliminary information, there were no casualties, – wrote head of the Belgorod region at 7:36 Moscow time.
An hour later, Gladkov announced that the shelling of the city was continuing. As a result of the attack, a woman received shrapnel wounds to the chest, she was taken to the hospital. According to the governor, Russian air defense shot down “three targets” and one drone on approach to Valuyki. Another 12 shells of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were fired at the private sector, eight residential buildings and a power line were damaged.
“The village of Tetkino, Glushkovsky district, came under fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A total of 12 arrivals were counted. There were no casualties,” informed Starovoit at 7:37 Moscow time.
According to him, the school was badly damaged. The governor promised to begin its restoration “as soon as possible.” One house was also damaged, the regional authorities will help the owners, Starovoit emphasized.
In the Belgorod and Kursk regions, a high (“yellow”) level of terrorist danger is indefinitely in effect. Since October 19, 2022, by decree of Russian President Vladimir Putin, a “medium level of response” has been set in the regions. The same regime operates in six other subjects of the Russian Federation – Crimea, Sevastopol, Krasnodar Territory, Voronezh, Bryansk and Rostov regions.
