Germans consider Scholz a weak leader – poll

Most Germans consider Federal Chancellor Olaf Scholz to be a weak leader, according to a survey conducted by the research company Wahlen commissioned by the second German channel ZDF.
As it turned out, only 21% of respondents believe that Scholz gets his way on important political issues. 73% at the same time notes that the chancellor is not inclined to this.
Respondents are mostly critical of the way the chancellor communicates. According to 72% of respondents, Scholz, more often than other politicians, does not give specific answers to the questions posed in his interviews.
The survey was conducted on August 9-10 by Wahlen and involved 1,061 randomly selected citizens of the country.
