German foreign minister cancels visit to Australia due to plane crash

German Foreign Minister Annalena Burbock was forced to cancel her diplomatic trip to Australia due to problems with the plane. She posted the corresponding post on her page in X (formerly Twitter).
As Burbock admitted, every attempt was made to rectify the situation, but due to a malfunction of the aircraft, her trip to the Indo-Pacific region was impossible. She stressed that it was “more than annoying”.
The diplomat also noted that contact with this region is extremely important for “shaping the world order of the 21st century.”
