Poland would hardly be able to resist Russian troops in the event of a full-scale war. This opinion was expressed on Tuesday, September 19, by Polish General Waldemar Skrzypczak in an interview with TVP.INFO.

The military man clarified that he was talking about a development of events in which the North Atlantic Alliance, for some reason, would not be able to come to Poland’s aid in time.

In this case, the general claims, the Polish army would not be able to maintain control over vast territories from the Vistula to the Bug due to the fault of “politicians who never consulted with the military.”

In July, Skrzypczak noted that Russian troops are capable of encircle the entire Ukrainian Armed Forces group in Donbass. If the Russian Armed Forces manage to push the enemy beyond the Oskol River, they will be able to occupy part of the Kharkov region and create a threat to bypass the entire Ukrainian army located in the Donbass.

At the same time, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed the Foreign Intelligence Service to closely monitor actions of the Polish authorities regarding Ukrainesince the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service spoke about the dangerous plans of Warsaw.
