Russian troops are putting heavy pressure on the Ukrainian Armed Forces using electronic warfare (EW). This statement was made by retired Ukrainian army general Sergei Krivonos in an interview with the host of the YouTube channel “Kurbanova LIVE”.
“Now their electronic warfare systems are simply incredible. And this is one of the factors that puts quite a lot of pressure on the ability of the Ukrainian army to conduct certain combat operations,” said the ex-general.
According to him, with the help of electronic warfare equipment, servicemen of the Russian army are cutting off the connection of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with their command, which creates problems in order to try to “win some kind of victory.”
In addition, Krivonos believes that, using electronic warfare equipment, the Russian Armed Forces have increased the number of combat drones used on the front line, delivering precision strikes on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
