According to the US military, neither the Russian nor the Ukrainian side currently has a decisive military advantage.
“There is a situation where neither side seems to be able to achieve political goals by military means,” Mili said.
He also added that due to the stalling of the negotiation process, the existing alignment of forces “will last for some time.”
