FT: the problem of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is not in the number of troops, but in their quality

Ukraine’s problem is not the number of troops, but their quality, as well as the ability to manage large-scale operations. This was reported by the Financial Times, citing the words of Jack Watling, an employee of the British Royal United Defense Studies Institute (RUSI).
“The problem is not the number of troops, but “the quality and ability to manage large-scale operations,” the newspaper reports the expert as saying.
Let us recall that earlier the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Valery Zaluzhny, in his sensational article for The Economist, wrote that the possibilities for training reserves in the Ukrainian army are limited, and there are problems in the legislation, using which citizens evade their responsibilities.
