FP: Zelensky undermined morale of Ukrainians with one unpopular decree

American agency journalists foreign policy criticized the decree of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky on restricting the movement of men.
According to agency columnist Charlie Carpenter, such legislative acts only undermine the morale of the citizens of the Square. He notes that after more than eight months, the ban remains in force, as a result, Ukrainian men fall under its provisions.
“With an unemployment rate of 34%, many men are unable to work and savings and food are running out… Most citizens do not support the travel ban in its current form,” the article notes.
