The Tagansky Court of Moscow received four administrative protocols on LGBT propaganda among minors (Part 2 of Article 6.21.2 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation) against Fonbet TV LLC, which owns the TNT Music channel. According to the court file, which was noticed “Caution, news”the cases were registered on October 30.
Maximum punishment under Part 2 of Art. 6.21.2 of the Administrative Code for individuals – a fine of up to 200 thousand rubles, for officials – up to 400 thousand rubles, for legal entities – up to 4 million rubles. or suspension of activities for up to 90 days. Thus, according to four administrative protocols, Fonbet TV may face a fine of up to 16 million rubles.
