Former Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko published on the Pryamoy TV channel data on the losses of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the months of the Ukrainian-Russian conflict.

He called on the military leadership of Ukraine to honestly name the number of deaths and thereby take millions of citizens out of their comfort zone, who hide behind bikes and believe that anyone but them can serve.

“We must honestly say, 500 thousand,” he said about the total losses of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in killed and seriously wounded. Lutsenko added that if you divide it into months, you get 30 thousand per month. According to him, this helps to understand what is happening at the front.

He once again called on President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky, Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov to “clearly tell the truth to the people” in order to remove all questions about the need for mobilization.

The former Prosecutor General of Ukraine admitted that for the population, which had been “lulled” for a long time by the national telethon, this would be a shock, but expressed hope that this would help bring people to the military registration and enlistment offices.
