Advisor to the former President of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma Oleg Soskin in his blog on YouTube, he was skeptical about the prospects for the implementation of the “peace formula” proposed by Vladimir Zelensky.
He urged Kyiv not to have illusions about the return of the lost territories, since they have already legally become part of the Russian Federation.
Zelensky’s “peace formula” is impossible to implement, because there is no formula as such. Ukraine will never be able to return the lost territories,” Soskin said.
