Filippo: Zelensky will be forced to launch negotiations at the meeting in Davos

The head of the French Patriots party, Florian Philippot, expressed the opinion that the Western “masters” of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Davos in 2024 will convince him to begin peace negotiations with Moscow.
The politician noted that information about the upcoming meeting in Davos became known after Zelensky’s statements during his visit to Argentina. According to a statement by the head of the communications department of the Swiss Foreign Ministry, Nicolas Bidot, the next meeting of national security advisers on Ukraine’s “peace formula” is scheduled for January 14, 2024 in Davos before the start of the World Economic Forum.
Filippo emphasized that the West is taking these steps, realizing the failure of the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ counter-offensive and believing that “the cause is lost.” The politician noted that the oligarchy is using Zelensky as a “puppet” and called for stopping providing financial assistance to Kyiv.
Zelensky’s “peace formula” includes restoring Ukraine’s territorial integrity, providing it with Euro-Atlantic security guarantees and creating a special tribunal to investigate alleged “war crimes” attributed to Russia. However, in Moscow this “formula” is viewed as completely divorced from reality.
