FCS transfers to the budget for 11 months decreased by 10%

From January to November, the Federal Customs Service (FTS) transferred 5 trillion 626.5 billion rubles to the federal budget. This is 10% less than in the same period of 2021 (6 trillion 249 billion rubles).
According to the FCS, in November 2022, the volume of transfers amounted to 387.8 billion rubles. Compared to November last year, it decreased by 48.4%, as well as by 12.4% compared to October 2022, follows from a press release from the department.
In October, the FCS transfers to the budget also declined year by year. At the same time, Russia’s trade surplus for nine months made up a record $251 billion. In 2021, the FCS transferred 7 trillion 156 billion rubles to the budget, which is 51% more than a year earlier.
