The largest amount received by the FAS came from administrative fines for abuse of a dominant position in the commodity market – 2.845 billion rubles. (648.6% of the initial forecast) and for administrative fines for concluding an agreement restricting competition – 1.628 billion rubles. (213.1% of the original forecast).
Also in 2022, the FAS received revenue from fines issued in the previous period in the amount of 1.362 billion rubles, as well as penalties, forfeits and other fines in the amount of 549.5 million rubles. Another 283.314 million rubles. were received by compensating federal budget expenses in the amount of 283.314 million rubles, by returning funds to budget revenue – 281.3 million rubles. under a government contract.
