Families that will receive an addition next year will probably be able to purchase housing on subsidized mortgages. This is the purpose of the draft resolution of the Russian government, prepared by the Ministry of Finance.
The document, if implemented, will allow families in which a child is born before December 31, 2023 inclusive, to receive a mortgage housing loan at a reduced rate until July 1, 2024. As of August 1 this year, more than 372,000 families used the same service.
The draft resolution also clarifies the procedure for compensating lost income to creditors of such loans. Families can apply for a loan, even if its amount exceeds 12 million rubles. in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Moscow and Leningrad regions and 6 million in other regions. Housing can also be purchased from the management company, which is the developer.
