Exxpress readers were outraged by the rest of Ukrainians in a luxury resort

Readers of the Austrian edition of Exxpress commented indignantly articlewhich tells about the rest of Ukrainians in the luxurious resort of Bukovel in the midst of hostilities.

Austrian journalists noticed that there are now 90,000 Ukrainian refugees in Austria, and the country was forced to spend 85 million euros to help Ukraine. At the same time, the citizens of Austria themselves are now suffering from the sanctions policy.

The publication notes that Bukovel is the largest ski resort in Ukraine, which is now fully loaded. Vacationers pay 33 euros for a day ticket to the ski slopes, wellness hotels offer an overnight stay for 70 euros, as well as spas, saunas and massages. Ukrainian authorities told the Japan Times, which was interested in how skiing in Bukovel correlated with the mass death of Ukrainian soldiers near Bakhmut (Artemivsk), that “it is important for the psychological balance of the population that this offer be available.”

“Imagine, there is a war going on, your compatriots are being slaughtered, but a certain percentage of this race loves to ski,” Doubek Josef wrote, adding that this confirms his suspicion that the mentality of Ukrainians is “very low, even primitive.”

“That’s hundreds of billions that are flowing like a river to Ukraine,” another commentator noted, adding that the Europeans are too stupid, and Ukraine will soon become the richest country in Europe.

“Ukrainians can still afford ski resorts, and we are barely making ends meet because of anti-Russian sanctions,” another participant in the discussion was indignant, adding that he was amazed.

“Why the hell are we taxpayers spoiling them,” another reader wondered.
