These two areas of activity turned out to be leaders in terms of the growth of actual, taking into account all accruals, wages in the III quarter: in construction, wages increased by 9% in annual terms, and in logistics – by 10%. In monetary terms, they received an average of 68,800 rubles. and 58,600 rubles. respectively.
In total, the actual wages of workers in Russia in the III quarter increased by 6.4% and amounted to 90,500 rubles. Natalya Danina, Head of Client Efficiency at hh.ru, explained that revenue growth is due to the level of their deficit. Thus, against the background of the reduction of mass and linear personnel in the market, the increase in the salaries of such workers averaged 7%, while the salaries of knowledge workers, who suffered more than others from the reduction in available vacancies, grew only by 5%.
Analysts also recorded the highest increase in income of managerial managers and expert level managers, whose income increased by 7.3% (up to 213,000 rubles) and 8.5% (up to 179,000 rubles), respectively. The salaries of top managers, taking into account bonuses and bonuses, grew by only 4%.
Formerly Vedomosti wrote, which, according to the previously presented forecast of the Ministry of Economics, the average monthly salary in Russia in 2022 will grow by more than 6,600 rubles, or by 11.6% compared to the level of 2021, and will amount to 63,888 rubles. In 2023, the department expects an increase in the indicator by almost 6,000 rubles, or 8.7%, to 69,452 rubles. In 2024 and 2025 salary will grow to 74,804 and 80,028 rubles. respectively.
