Military expert Vasily Dandykin, in an interview with reporters, said that the Ukrainian authorities, under the pretext of implementing a grain deal, organized the production of weapons near Odessa.
According to him, Russia did not attack Odessa to implement the grain deal.
“Russia did not really touch Odessa, observing international agreements. The Ukrainian authorities, taking advantage of the fact that it is quiet there, increased the production of UAVs, organized bases to attack the territory of the Russian Federation,” Dandykin said.
