Ex-US spy Ritter said that Putin did not hide his goals in Ukraine

Retired US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that Russian President Vladimir Putin made no secret of his goals in Ukraine. Ritter said this in an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom.
“Does anyone have any questions? The answers are on the surface, in the president’s words. That’s what I want to say about Putin. He does not bluff, if he says something, then he does it, ”said Ritter.
He believes that Putin has always spoken directly about his plans, including for Ukraine. Ritter also said that Russia will achieve the goal of occupying the entire territory of Donbass and creating favorable conditions for life there.
