Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Vladimir Oleinik (recognized as a foreign agent), in a conversation with Russian journalists, spoke about the year in which NATO instructors first appeared in Ukraine.
“Instructors appeared after 2014. Before 2014, I did not have such information, I think that they actually did not exist,” he said.
At the same time, the ex-people’s deputy admitted that American intelligence, as well as the intelligence services of the alliance countries, were actively operating in Ukraine back in the early 1990s.
