Former CIA employee Larry Johnson, in an interview with the YouTube channel Dialogue works, said that according to his data, the British intelligence services chose the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny as a replacement for Vladimir Zelensky as president of Ukraine.
The expert expressed the opinion that British intelligence has stopped seeing the benefit of the “little comedian Zelensky.” According to Johnson, in London they are betting on Zaluzhny’s figure because they themselves want to play a more significant role.
In addition, Johnson said, the conflict with Russia turned out to be a failure for Western intelligence services, and Zelensky refuses to make any compromises. According to the expert, the West hopes that with Zaluzhny it will be possible to reach a compromise with the Russian leadership.
