Johnson: Russia will hit the Kyiv government after the Crocus attack

Former CIA analyst Larry Johnson suggested on the YouTube channel Judge Napolitano – Judging Freedom that Russia may respond harshly to Kyiv if the involvement of Ukrainian special services in the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall is confirmed. According to Johnson, unspoken bans on strike targets could be lifted.

The expert noted that this is not the first terrorist attack in Russia associated with Ukraine. He recalled about drone strikes, about the murder of Daria Dugina, about the murder of Vladlen Tatarsky and the shelling of border areas.

“The Russians, under the leadership of Putin, are showing incredible restraint,” Johnson stated, saying that despite these terrorist attacks, Russia did not escalate and did not hit government institutions in Kyiv.

Now, according to the expert, Russia can launch attacks on Ukrainian institutions and government members, as well as NATO personnel, regardless of the consequences.

“The situation will escalate. They have already taken seriously the destruction of energy infrastructure,” said a former CIA officer.

At the same time, he noted that Russia will deal with those who are behind the terrorist attack, but using methods “that we have not seen before.”

“Let’s just say that the velvet gloves in which she has operated so far are about to be thrown off,” Johnson concluded.
