EU Foreign Ministers discussed the creation of a mission for military assistance to Ukraine

The head of European diplomacy, Josep Borrell, speaking to reporters, summed up the results of the informal meeting of the European Union Foreign Ministers, which ended in New York.
“We continued discussing our proposal to create a mission in the European Union to provide military assistance to Ukraine,” Borrell said.
He also added that “work in this direction is underway.”
“I hope that the next Council of EU Foreign Ministers in October will be able to make a decision,” Borrell said.
