The number of offers from employers on the online service for posting ads Avito for 2022 increased by 69%. The highest demand for employees was recorded in the group of professions “Sales” – 13% of the total number of vacancies.
AT message The press service of the service notes that according to the results of last year, the demand for employees in the field of trade increased by 7%. Salaries for specialists in this industry have also grown – + 15%.
The second place in popularity in the Avito rating is occupied by the group of professions “Production, raw materials, agriculture” with a share of 12% of the total number of published ads. As the representatives of the company specified, last year high production rates were maintained throughout the country, including large-scale production with a high degree of robotization and automation.
In third place with a share of 8% – a group of professions “Construction”. This is one of the areas that ensured the post-COVID growth of the economy, the press service clarifies. Avito experts predict that the high demand for construction workers will continue in 2023.
According to Rosstat, in November 2022, the unemployment rate in Russia updated its historical low, dropping to 3.7%. In absolute terms, the number of unemployed according to the criteria of the International Labor Organization amounted to 2.7 million people in November.
