Albert Bakhtizin, director of the Central Economics and Mathematics Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences, said that in response to all the plans of Western countries for the complete economic isolation of Russia, Moscow needs to engage in its own development.
He clarified that development should take place in all directions. In this case, the Russian Federation will not lack friends and partners.
“Russia needs to speed up efforts in all areas that can lead the country to sustainable development. At the moment, the Russian Federation should not look for friends around the world, but actively engage in the development of its country,” Bakhtizin said.
