Russian President Vladimir Putin, after visiting Kazan, arrived on a working trip to Chuvashia. He flew by helicopter to the Tsivilsky district. While the motorcade was moving along the highway, the president came out to the residents of one of the villages.

One of the women in the crowd had a Russian flag. The President asked: “Where did you get the flag?” “We always have it at home,” the woman answered him. Another woman in the crowd told Pavel Zarubin that they had been waiting for the president with their children for five hours.
