DPR authorities cancel rights to land granted to Ukrainian military

Head of the Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushilin signed decreeconcerning the ownership of land granted free of charge to the fighters of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for participation in the “anti-terrorist operation” of Kyiv against the Donbass.
The document cancels the right of ownership and other rights to land plots received by participants and family members of the deceased participants in the anti-terrorist operation without providing compensation.
“Land plots are recognized as belonging to the lands of the stock of state or municipal property in accordance with the legislation of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the decree says.
