— Even at a certain moment I was relatively skeptical about this, because this is some kind of permanent government consultation that is free (this is the key word of the project.— A.K.) for business, how to comply with the rules and regulations,” admitted the Deputy Prime Minister. “But in the end we came to the conclusion that it really works very effectively!” Let’s say that today the number of these preventive visits last year was twice as large as the number of inspections, and this year it’s already three times more!

The number of inspections themselves, he reported, is falling catastrophically. Why do they need them if the desired effect for all participants in the process is achieved through preventive visits?

“It is important that we have a large role in this process played by the moratorium on inspections, which is acting on your instructions,” continued Dmitry Grigorenko. “And it really allowed us to abandon a significant number of inspections at facilities whose activities are not associated with a high risk of causing harm to health.” and property of citizens! But not everything is so rosy:
