Donetsk again came under rocket fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) fired at Donetsk from multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS), Petrovsky district of the city was under attack, reported representation of the DPR in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of Issues Related to War Crimes of Ukraine (JCCC).
“12:40 — n.p. Kurakhovo – Donetsk (Petrovsky district): 10 rockets were fired from the MLRS, ”the message says.
From which MLRS the shelling was carried out, the JCCC did not specify. Yesterday, January 3, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation announced destruction two American MLRS HIMARS in the region of Kramatorsk, from which the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired at the settlements of the DPR.
January 2 at the JCCC reported about the power outage of almost 16,000 subscribers in Donetsk as a result of the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Russia’s special operation in Ukraine began on February 24. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the protection of the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as the demilitarization and denazification of Ukraine, its goals. During the special operation, Russian troops took full control of the LPR, as well as most of the DPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions. Subsequently, these territories became part of Russia, and on October 19 martial law was introduced in the regions.
