The Labytnang City Hospital, whose branch is located in Kharp, reported that the ambulance team reached Alexei Navalny (listed in Russia as a terrorist and extremist) in less than seven minutes
“The doctors reached the patient in the colony in two minutes,” the medical institution said, adding that after that the ambulance doctors continued the resuscitation measures that the colony doctors had already provided to the patient.
The hospital noted that resuscitation efforts lasted more than half an hour, but the patient died.
Earlier, the FSIN Department reported that Alexey Navalny died in correctional colony No. 3. He felt sick after a walk and lost consciousness. Now a commission from the central office of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia has been sent to the colony. According to RT, Navalny could have suffered a blood clot. But the cause of death has not yet been officially announced.
