Supervisory Board VTB approved the new composition of the board. In particular, board member Dmitry Pyanov was approved as the first deputy chairman of the bank. This is stated in the press service of the financial institution.

In his new capacity, he will oversee the financial, administrative and economic functions of the bank and be responsible for coordinating the integration of financial assets, including Otkritie,” the statement said.
In addition, instead of Anatoly Pechatnikov, who has been in charge of work with individuals at VTB since 2018, Georgy Gorshkov was elected as deputy chairman. Pechatnikov is leaving VTB to focus on his own projects.
It is also reported that a board member VTB Aleksey Lozovoy, who previously held the position of head of the legal department, was elected. Personnel decisions on Gorshkov and Lozovoy will come into force after their approval by the Central Bank.
Changes in the composition of the board at VTB are explained by the tasks to complete the development of a new development strategy for the bank and its implementation in 2024-2026. The key elements of the strategy are the development of the retail segment and the global infrastructure for international settlements.
Pyanov graduated from Omsk State University. Your career in VTB started in 2010. Upon joining the bank, he was appointed to the position of senior vice president of the financial department.
