Assistant to the Russian President Yuri Ushakov said that almost all Russian departments, both economic and political, are involved in preparing Vladimir Putin’s visit to Turkey and his negotiations with his Turkish counterpart Recep Erdogan.
The Russian authorities attach importance to the development of multifaceted relations with Turkey, the presidential aide said.
