Details of explosions in Polish Przevodovo appeared: two people died

Polish media provide details about explosions in the village of Pshevodov near the city of Lublin, where, according to a number of unconfirmed reports, on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 15, two rockets fell. Officially, the country’s authorities have not yet commented on the information.

By data Radio Lublin, the explosions – the media website does not currently write that they could be rockets – occurred around 15:40 local time (17:40 Moscow time). It is reported that grain dryers were damaged in the explosions.

“The reasons for this event are currently unknown,” Marcin Lebedovich, a representative of the State Fire Service, was quoted as saying. “We received a message about an explosion in the drying yard. We confirm that this happened. Two people died on the spot.”

Radio Zet transmits citing sources that the explosions were allegedly caused by the fall of two missiles – Warsaw has not yet commented on these data. Also, this media claims that Polish Air Force planes took off into the sky. Messages about the fighters also appeared on social networks – it is alleged that the planes took off from the Tomaszow Lubelski airfield.

At the same time, information about the missiles is also being reported by AP, but citing a “high-ranking US intelligence source” who reportedly spoke to the agency “on condition of anonymity.”

The Polish authorities have not provided any comments at this time. It was only officially announced that Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki called an urgent meeting of the government committee on security and defense, it will take place at 21:00 local time (23:00 Moscow time). The topic of the meeting was not specified.

Government spokesman Petr Muller urged “not to publish unconfirmed information.”

The Pentagon said it could not confirm reports of “two Russian missiles that fell on Polish territory” at this time.
