Deputy Zatulin commented on the explosion of the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station

State Duma Deputy Konstantin Zatulin expressed the view that Kyiv is acting on the basis of the paradigm “all means are good.” That is why Ukraine attacked the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station, the deputy said.
Commenting on the version promoted by Ukrainian politicians and journalists about “Russia’s involvement” in the bombing, Zatulin said that there was no logic in such accusations. “We had to go crazy and destroy the Kakhovskaya hydroelectric power station on our territory,” he said, adding that the hydroelectric power station became a source of water for Crimea and allowed the water balance to be restored.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine launched an artillery strike on the Kakhovskaya HPP, which resulted in a collapse. According to preliminary data, the strike was delivered from the Alder MLRS.
