Russia will be forced to destroy the assembly and production sites of drones in the event of an attack by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on its territory. About it “Lente.ru” said the deputy head of the State Duma Committee on Defense, Yuri Shvytkin.
“We must wage a constant intense struggle, including with unmanned aerial vehicles, with the locations where the corresponding unmanned aerial vehicles are assembled,” the parliamentarian said.
He noted that Russian air defense and electronic warfare systems are very successful in shooting down Ukrainian drones. According to Shvytkin, Kyiv, with its attacks, hopes that these actions will sow panic among the residents of Russia, and is also trying to cause damage to civilian and military infrastructure.
Earlier, the Russian Ministry of Defense reported that on the night of November 26, at least 24 drones were destroyed over the Moscow, Tula, Bryansk, Kaluga and Smolensk regions.
